Pratia becomes the 15th member of the Association of Multisite Research Corporations (AMRC), enhancing AMRC’s European presence and advancing its commitment to innovation in clinical trials.
Pratia is excited to announce our official membership with the Association of Multisite Research Corporations (AMRC), marking a significant step forward in our mission to deliver innovative, patient-centric clinical trials. As the 15th member of AMRC, we are proud to contribute our expertise in oncology research and advanced trial delivery models to the association’s growing network.
Tomek Dabrowski, CEO of Humaneva, Pratia’s parent company, shared:
“I’m really proud to see Pratia become part of the AMRC community. For too long, clinical trials have followed the same old patterns. But research sites – whether dedicated, academic, or embedded in healthcare – have come a long way. They’ve matured, earned the trust of their communities, and embraced technology that helps them work smarter and faster. What’s really changed is that sites now operate at a truly global scale. That’s a big shift. We’re no longer small, disconnected outposts – we’re integrated, data-driven, and ready to partner with sponsors in a much deeper way. Joining AMRC isn’t just about expanding our reach – it’s about being part of something bigger. A movement to make trials more human, more accessible, and built around patients. That’s the future we believe in – and we’re excited to help build it.”
Jim Kremidas, AMRC Executive Director, said: “We were in discussions with Pratia prior to the public launch of AMRC in January 2025, and we’re delighted to now formally welcome them as a member. Their operational maturity, international reach, and commitment to innovation in trial delivery align closely with the mission and values of our association.”
“Together, we are able to deepen our impact in clinical research while maintaining CRC’s established reputation in the industry,” added Lucie Špatenkova, founder of CRC. “we aim to provide unmatched research capabilities and improve patient outcomes.”
Pratia’s membership further strengthens AMRC’s European presence and affirms the association’s role in advocating for MCRCs globally. Our 100+ sites across eight countries, including a growing presence in the U.S., make us a key player in the multisite research space.
Mona Alqam, MD, Pratia Country Head, USA, commented: “As clinical research continues to evolve under mounting pressure on Sponsors and CROs to accelerate timelines, reduce costs, and increase trial access, AMRC provides a vital platform to advance a new, more efficient model for trial delivery, which is why Pratia chose to join.
“Multisite clinical research corporations (MCRC) like ours play a critical role in streamlining operations, improving patient engagement, and ultimately helping get therapies to market faster. We look forward to collaborating with fellow AMRC members to help shape the future of clinical research.”
