The agreement, signed by Dr. Carlos Zarco, Director of HLA Universitario Moncloa Hospital, and Jaime A. Ballester, CEO and Country Head of Pratia Spain, represents a significant step forward in the management of Clinical Trials, improving both their structure and efficiency and reaffirming the commitment of both institutions to excellence in clinical research.
