What is your position at Pratia?

I am a regional clinical research director responsible for the clinical trial sites in the southern part of Poland

What is your mission in this position at Pratia?

My mission is to recruit  talented people, develop them into the best clinical research professionals, and create clinical trial centers with them, which are the first choice for patients and sponsors of clinical trials

What makes working at Pratia different?

It is really great that thanks to our reputation we can offer the most current and innovative treatment to our patients, which is often not available in our countries. Pratia teams contribute to registering the numerous innovative molecules used in many different medical indications. And finally, we make an excellent team of hard-working people with passion for supporting and developing each other.

Let’s talk about your day, your work in Clinical trials?. 24h with Małgorzata Gerjatowicz.

Every day is a different challenge. Sometimes it is just a marathon of ordinary managerial work: statuses, plans, contracts, projects to be managed. Every project brings an interesting problem to be solved
for our Patients’ benefit.

What are your current challenges, achievements?

My greatest challenge is the phenomenon of Big Quit on the labor market. But we still manage to find committed people for whom working with patients and developing clinical research is an essential factor. And we often are their first step in the clinical trial career. Our best achievements are happy Patients and satisfied clinical trials sponsors, and a growing group of our pupils working for us or different clinical trials companies.

How do you address the challenges of your Clients/Business Partners?

We always stay in touch with our most significant business partners to solve all formal and administrative issues, recruitment obstacles, and safety and quality challenges. The idea of a single point of contact for both parties works very well.

Imagine you are the Pratia superhero: How do you solve the challenges and needs of your colleagues and Clients?

To connect all our patients into one network to have constant contact with them, ensuring them a sense of security. Actually, you don’t need superpowers because our technology will work in this direction.

Working at Pratia is… a great adventure!.

I work at Pratia because… I care

How do you see yourself in Pratia in a year or two?  Happy and busy as always. Developing new sites and constantly improving my work.
